Golfing Lessons: The Greatest Golfer in the World

Most of the time, playing golf is regarded as the game for rich or high class society. Yet, the most successful professional golfer is Tiger Wood which is a black man. Most of the time, black people considered lower than the white but Tiger Wood proves that it is not true. Tiger Woods was born in 1975. He has dominated professional golf since the late 1990 by winning each of four major championships at least twice before he was thirty.
Eldrick Wood, the real name, was born in Cypress, California from an African American Father and Thai mother. His nickname, Tiger, come from his father’s Vietnam friend, Nguyen Phong. Well his father was actually a soldier of Vietnam War. Woods played golf since he was very young and coached by his own father. When he was six years old, Woods had recorded two holes in one. By age 15, Woods became the youngest player ever to win the United States Golf Association (USGA) Junior National Championship.
In the end of 1990s, Woods became one of the top professional players in the world. The first victory of Tiger Woods was on the 1997 Maters and, in that tournament; he set tournament records for the youngest champion. He also won the championships of US Open to Masters without anybody else being able to overcome these achievements. This is then what is called as the Tiger Slam. Until now, Tiger Woods has so many victories over many competitions. He is the evidence that black people is not inferior to any other races. Married to a Sweden model, Elin Nordegren, Tiger Woods’ happiness is increased when he got his first daughter just a year after his father was died. Tiger Woods is a figure of a professional athlete that shows the fact that there is no correlation between the colors of the skin with the good things someone might be able to do. Tiger Woods proves it, and thus, he has now stood side by side to other athletes in this world with the black, yellow, white, or red skin.
